We’ve noticed

The flat underwent renovations in 2019 including, creating an open plan living, a new fitted kitchen & bathroom with underfloor heating, double glazed windows, built in wardrobes, rewiring and plumbing. The grounds and the buildings are well-run and professionally managed and mid-way through a cyclical programme of maintenance. So far redecorations to internal communal areas, upgraded fire safety compliant doors and exits in the flat and communal areas, new communal areas double glazing, and loft and cavity wall insulation, have been carried out and paid for by the current owner. A second stage of works include reflection of the roofs, external redecorations, new rainwater goods, and maintaining the boundary and retaining walls. The second stage costs would be built into the service charge over a 1 year period.

Kentish Town Area Guide

Situated to the north of Camden Town, Kentish Town has long been in the shadow of its more famous neighbour. However those in the know fully appreciate that Kentish Town offers a vibe and lifestyle all of its own.

Kentish Town Road is the home of many local shops and Restaurants. There are also good transport links into central London and other parts of the capital via the Northern Line Underground and London Overground stations.
