The Owners Love
  • We absolutely love the location - it’s hard to beat being right in the heart of Highbury Barn. Everything you could possibly need is on your doorstep, from friendly local shops and cafés to essentials like fresh fruit and veg, fish, and even bags of compost. A personal highlight has always been being able to check the queue at Godfrey’s from the window before heading down!
  • Despite being so central, the flat feels calm and peaceful. And once the front door is closed, the noise fades away which is something we’ve really appreciated. Highbury Fields is just a couple of minutes away (complete with Tina’s ice cream van in summer), and you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to transport links
  • Our favourite space is the open plan kitchen and living area - it’s perfect for hosting friends or just relaxing in the afternoon sun. The flat is full of thoughtful and slightly quirky features which adds real character, from the hidden study (ideal for working from home), to the quiet rear balcony that catches the morning light, to the unique addition of a shower in the main bedroom - something we didn’t realise we needed until we had it
We’ve Noticed
  • The private roof terrace gives you a fantastic outdoor space. It’s perfect whether you want morning coffee or evening drinks.
  • The main bedroom really stands out. Having a walk-in shower in the room is a great, practical touch you don’t often find.

Kentish Town Area Guide

Situated to the north of Camden Town, Kentish Town has long been in the shadow of its more famous neighbour. However those in the know fully appreciate that Kentish Town offers a vibe and lifestyle all of its own.

Kentish Town Road is the home of many local shops and Restaurants. There are also good transport links into central London and other parts of the capital via the Northern Line Underground and London Overground stations.
