  • The Flat – We love everything! The flat has been our safe, warm and comfortable oasis in the heart of Kentish Town. Perfectly designed so it's comfortable, easy to keep clean, is very cost efficient to run and is full of natural light. The flat gave us both a wonderful first home
  • The Building – There is a real sense of community in the block and in the area. Neighbours have become like family. During the pandemic we regularly checked in on each other and delivered groceries. Neighbours regularly plant and pet sit for each other and take in deliveries and packages. We have had many great days in the allotment area and shared gardens. The secure bike room is a big plus for us
  • The Area – Having spent the last 15 years in Kentish Town we are biased but we LOVE this area. Walking distance to Hampstead Heath, Regent's Park, Primrose Hill, Camden and King's Cross. There are great cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants in Kentish Town, on Brecknock Road and in Tufnell Park. Great transport but in a quiet area that has a real sense of community
