  • Location the schools here are OFSTED outstanding. Our son attends Highgate Primary School which is an amazing, creatively nurturing school, and we get there very easily by bus each day. The Martin Primary School is an excellent school and just a stone's throw from home. The Archer Academy is again walking distance away and remains one of the best schools in Barnet.
  • There are a phenomenal amount of parks and playgrounds. The high street and surrounding roads are populated by a diverse range of independent restaurants, cafés, and shops. East Finchley Tube Station is a pretty walk from the house, and we get there expediently every day, and from there to Central London is a speedy 15 minutes
  • Community - Everyone on the street is incredibly friendly, kind, fun, and helpful. They truly are our extended family and our son has no less than five best friends less than two minutes' walk away from our house
  • The huge garden is stupendous all year round, it looks like a glorious, verdant vision from a fantasy film, especially with the apple tree, plum tree, and fig tree. It makes you forget that you are actually living in a metropolis
