  • It has been the perfect family home over the past 50 years. The house has many original features of fire places and doors which give it so much character. The beautiful secluded private garden and lawn has many mature trees and is a haven for wildlife
  • The 10 minute walk to Southgate station and its excellent transport links for the Piccadilly line and busses were great for local schools and shops
  • Grovelands Park opposite has been a favourite spot for us for walks, pitch and putt, ice creams and views of Grovelands House. We have also enjoyed the local Woodman and Cherry Tree pubs and the wide variety of restaurants in Southgate and nearby Winchmore Hill
