  • The house is spoiled for choice as it's surrounded by two wonderful parks in Grovelands and Oakwood park yet a 2/3 minute walk from the tube and I could be at the Arsenal in 20 minutes, in Covent Garden or the West End. No need for costly hotels in the west end/central London when it's only a short hop on the tube!
  • Superb local restaurants and pubs were taken fully advantage of
  • My parents and sister used to ride horses regularly at Trent park stables and with the M25 far enough away but quick enough to get to - travelling was easy
