The Owners Love
  • It is a wonderful home. The layout of the house has grown and adapted perfectly with our family over the years. We redesigned the kitchen, turning it into the heart of the house that makes cooking and hosting really easy. We also opened up the garden to make it more functional and a great play area for our children
  • We love the beautiful local parks (Arnos Grove, Broomfield, and Grovelands). The private residents gate is a huge time saver to get to the park, Aldermans Hill (Holtwhites has the best coffee!), Palmers Green station, the library and Morrisons. It has fast, easy access into town by bike or public transport too
  • Westminster Drive is a really quiet and safe cul de sac (our 4 year old daughter learned to ride her bike on the full street with no issue), and it has a lovely community feel
