The Owners Love
This flat has to be experienced in person to really understand why it's so special. The feeling of space and scale with large rooms, high ceilings, and huge windows looking out onto trees and greenery and nobody looking back in makes it an incredible space to unwind and relax in the middle of Islington
The amazing layout, with multi-use zones in the living, kitchen, and master bedroom mean there's always a feeling of being able to "choose" where you relax, eat, work, play. The kitchen/diner meant that we spent a lot of our lives entertaining around the kitchen table, enjoying the green view. The living room is so big we held annual Christmas dinners for 20 people, without being squished!
It's an unusually green flat for London — uncanny given it's by a road. We chose this location with safety in mind. As two sisters walking home on our own in the dark, it enabled us to avoid dark side-roads and get home
