The Owners Love
  • My sister, brother and I grew up in our house - I was six months old! It's a great place to live
  • We loved our garden and the quietness of the neighbourhood. Being a small street we know every single one of our neighbours – if you need an onion you just put a message out on the WhatsApp group and the next minute the doorbell is ringing! We all look out for each other and it is incredibly special
  • We are surrounded by great facilities – schools, parks, transport (new Barnet station is a six minute walk), great shopping areas such as Cockfosters and High Barnet. East Barnet Village has pretty much everything you need and a recently re-opened village pub, the Prince of Wales, which we love
We’ve Noticed
  • There are no parking restrictions on Pank Avenue.
  • Pank Avenue is well located for some "outstanding" local scholls including JCoSS.
