The Owners Love
  • We love our house as it feels so spacious with the large rooms and high ceilings. We like nothing better than enjoying a summers evening, sat in the garden with a drink, listening to and watching the wildlife and in the winter sitting in the back room in front of the cozy log burner. We are keen gardeners and the rear garden offers a beautiful spring/summer bloom and backs on to the primary school playing fields so we enjoy peaceful evenings and quiet summer days
  • The area is beautiful with so much green space including Hadley Woods and Trent Park being in walking distance
  • The local community is lovely and the local children and parents often congregate on the green opposite the primary school on summer evenings, allowing the kids to play and the parents to catch up. From the moment we moved to the area we were made welcome and have made some great friends for life
We’ve Noticed
  • New Barnet Railway Station is only 0.3 miles away, whilst High Barnet Underground Station is only 0.7 miles away with bus routes within walking distance.
  • A selection of Primary & Secondary schools, rated Good to Outstanding by Ofsted, can be found within 1 mile.
