The owners love

  • Most weekends we would take the short stroll to Barnet High Street to take the kids/grandchildren to the library and then onto Hadley Common to feed the ducks. The flats also have direct access to Barnet Park/tennis courts through a gate at the back of the garages, which was a great way to entertain adults as well as children without going too far
  • We chose to use one of the three double bedrooms as a dining room and had many happy family meals (12+ people) comfortably sat around the table. The balcony was always popular with us and visitors, as you get the sun on it from early afternoon to dusk looking out over Totteridge Fields watching the seasons change
  • We loved the fact that it’s a quiet, friendly, clean, small block of flats with a lift. A huge advantage for us was the fact that Manor Road is one of the few roads in Barnet that doesn’t require parking permits which was great when we had visitors
