Mamun started his property career back in 2001 as a Property Developer buying renovating and selling on residential properties.  He has had experience in the finance industry as a Fund Manager and freelance Financial Trading Consultant.

When he's not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and two children who love to travel and go on cruises.  He enjoys going to cinemas, theatres, and restaurants.  He likes to keep fit by going to the gym and swimming.

“: My property was not an easy one to take over management responsibilities. The property got handed over to Ryan Rainford just before the eviction order was in place to remove the previous tenants so not an ideal scenario to take over a property. Knowing that Martyn Gerrard were going to be the sole agents in the long run, he really did go the extra mile when it came to dealing with the neighbours complaints (due to the previous tenant), regular checks at the property, dealing with contractors/ property Management in getting the quotes and necessary work underway in order to get the house back to a rentable standard and last but not least adhering to last minute requests such as getting me up to date electric and gas meter readings on a fortnightly basis due to the grief I had with my previous utility company, Spark Energy. Ryan had a few issues to deal with at the property, all of which were professionally handled with me (the landlord) being kept updated at all times. Once the property was back on the market, he was informative about market trends and conditions, he closely monitored the click through rates on the listing/portals and made changes as and when necessary ensuring ensuring a constant interest rate. He ensured all viewings were followed up and kept me fully informed of all feedback received, good, bad and all offers relayed. All office systems were kept updated, company policies adhered to and this was evident in the quality of the documentation received once suitable tenants were found, an offer was accepted and reference checks had passed. To summarise; Ryan is a dedicated, highly motivated, pro-active and organised individual who is able to carry out tasks through to a successful completion. He is organised, efficient and is able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining client care at all times.
