  • Both bathrooms have been done out recently and to a high spec. The en-suite is particularly luxurious & gives us enjoyment every day, we absolutely love it
  • Large & tranquil garden, it's really big for the size of the property, totally private & is quiet as it's enclosed by houses & other gardens. It gets the sunlight all day as is south west facing. We also own the front garden so that could be a driveway or private garden with very little work
  • Bonus spaces! The dressing area / office space outside the master bedroom really sold the house to me. For anybody who loves getting dressed up it's a nice space but also being able to set up a desk there and not have to lose a bedroom to office space is really great. Also the utility room being separate with tonnes of space for additional storage makes living here much easier
