  • We love the fantastic schools in the area, many of which are rated Outstanding by OFSTED. Our son attends Highgate Primary School, which is an amazing and creatively nurturing environment, and we get there very easily by bus each day. The Martin Primary School is excellent and just a stone's throw from the house, while The Archer Academy — one of the most highly regarded schools in Barnet — is also within walking distance
  • There are a phenomenal number of parks and playgrounds nearby, and the high street and surrounding roads are filled with a diverse range of independent restaurants, cafés, and shops. We particularly enjoy the pretty walk to East Finchley Underground Station, which we use daily, with Central London reachable in around 15 minutes
  • We love the sense of community on the street. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, fun, and helpful — it truly feels like an extended family. Our son has several close friends living less than a two-minute walk away, which has made living here especially special
