• We love the amount of light that comes into the flat throughout the day. It’s fantastic to have sunshine through the bedroom windows in the morning and through the big bay window in the living room throughout the afternoon. The new, modern windows also do a great job at keeping the flat warm
• We’ve found it really useful to have two spacious double bedrooms which is uncommon for the street. The second bedroom has been a really useful, doubling up as both an office and comfortable guest room
• We can’t speak highly enough about the location. Sedgemere Avenue is such a friendly street with a really neighbourhood community. It’s very quiet with very little traffic given it isn’t a through road. The location really offers the best of all worlds with so many great places nearby. There are lots of green spaces within walking distance including the Hampstead Heath Extension, Cherry Tree Wood, Highgate Wood, Coldfall Wood etc
