Martyn Gerrard are proud to support Noah’s Ark children’s hospice Precious Moments Concert 2017. The concert will take place on 9 December at Rickett’s Quadrangle, Middlesex University, Hendon. There will be two performances at 2pm and 7.30pm.
Schools include, Sarum Hall, Goodwyn, Palmers Green High and St Martins. Joining them will be the London Ukulele Choir, DramaSpectrum, classical singer Aisling Larkin and, new for this year, our very own Noah’s Ark choir.
Aisling Larkin told us: “I can’t wait to sing again at this year’s concert; to be part of a lovely music event that raises money for such a fantastic cause really is an honour.”
In September construction began on The Ark, a desperately needed children’s hospice building serving North and Central London. There are over 1,200 babies and children with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions in the area but, tragically, no children’s hospice building. Once built, The Ark will complement the charity’s existing Hospice-at-Home services, providing 24-hour end-of-life, post-death and bereavement care, overnight stays and sensory, music and art rooms. The state-of-the-art building is set within a beautiful 7.5 acre nature reserve in Barnet.
