The station is only a few minutes’ walk, with quick connections into London, and in the opposite direction to Enfield and the countryside beyond
  • We often walk to nearby Sainsburys or Waitrose, and to Grovelands Park or the hidden gem of the Woodcroft Wildspace. When the sun shines, The Green is really lively and vibrant, and we love its sense of Village London and feeling of friendly local community
  • As for the house, we love that it’s set back from the road, giving a feeling of seclusion once we’re inside the front door. We also love the calm outdoor space of our rear courtyard garden, with its container plants, workshop and BBQ. Indoors we enjoy the openness and connection between kitchen and dining areas, where we have enjoyed so many convivial conversations. Our spacious light-filled loft conversion is also a special feature for us, with a self- contained, modern feel which adds a different dimension to what has been a very happy home
