What’s great about the area, what should people know about it?

This is a great area to live and to get around London from. With Highgate to the North and Camden Town to the south, Kentish Town has its own identity and strong community spirit with plenty of local independent shops. 

We are well connected (Zone2) on the Northern Line, Thameslink with trains to St Pancras and Farringdon. Kentish Town West is on the Overground with trains to Stratford via Highbury & Islington.

The pocket of streets around Lady Margaret Road offer beautiful Victorian three and four storey terraces that are very tranquil but so close to the tube and high street with many converted into a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom character flats.

Parliament Hill Lido - year round outdoor swimming pool and sports ground 
Montpelier Gardens the “secret garden” of Kentish Town and the other small green spaces dotted around Leighton Crescent Gardens, Cantelowes Gardens.

The O2 Forum – This famous music venue has seen many noted performances such as David Bowie, Prince and Lenny Kravitz, The Who and Oasis.
