Dartmouth Park is a quiet residential area that is home to a varied mix of people, from families to City workers, politicians to actors.
Dartmouth Park sits on the slopes of Highgate Hill between Highgate and Kentish Town. The area has a strong community and village atmosphere centred around the two small shopping parades at the junction of Chetwynd Road and York Rise and along Swains Lane at the bottom of Highgate West Hill.
The neatly laid out streets that run off Dartmouth Park Hill offer a range of Edwardian and Victorian property, mostly converted into flats, but many of the fabulous houses remain intact. You are close to the open spaces of both Waterlow Park, Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill Fields Lido.
For transport there is the Northern Line Underground with stations at Tufnell Park and Kentish Town. You can also get the Thameslink main line service from Kentish Town or Gospel Oak Stations.
