We undertake valuations and negotiations for Rent Review and Lease renewals, and much as you would not enter into a lease or contract without taking a professional solicitors advice, a professional surveyor’s advice should be sought when appraising property values.

In conjunction with our active commercial department we have valued property on every major high street within our area and have an in depth, and up to date knowledgeable of values within /north London.

We have produced professional valuations for court proceedings, probate and tax purposes, and changes in personal circumstances.

Residential Property

We have produced a great number of professional valuations for Lease extension and freehold enfranchisement, and negotiated same, having taken a number of matters before the leasehold Valuations Tribunal .
