We can also provide expertise in lettings property management. We will prepare an independent inventory, which will detail the internal condition of the property and any furnishings.
We will also check in the tenants, take relevant meter readings and carry out a routine inspection of the property during the tenancy. We can help to collect monthly rents and also deposits from tenants and register this with approved Tenants Deposit Schemes.
We will arrange to pay on the behalf of our landlords any current outgoings, such as ground rent, insurance premiums, service charges etc, and investigate any defects that are reported to us that may need repair.
