When asked to manage a property we will first carry out an audit of records and leases and other legal documents. A site survey will be carried out by the head of the department so that we understand or can identify any maintenance requirements. We will then be able to provide a detailed budget and ongoing maintenance programme.

We also understand that residents require that any maintenance and redecoration are carried out quickly and at a competitive price, which is why wherever possible we will use local tradesmen who are accredited by their relevant bodies, such as Gas Safe and NICEIC.
