The diversity of the shops, restaurants and pubs in the area is fantastic. Lively and buzzy or quiet and secluded the area offers everything.
What are the best roads to live on?
The roads running across the top of the hill are the most sought after such as Mount View Road and the roads around Stapleton Hall Road. Further down the hill towards Finsbury Park there is a great choice of property as many of the grand Victorian houses have been split into flats, although many of the original houses still remain.
Hidden Gem – is there something about the area no one really knows about?
Well, it's not exactly hidden, but Finsbury Park is a fantastic open space, where you can have a quiet walk or get involved in more energetic pastimes.

Enjoy a sunday afternoon stroll along the Parkland Walk. A disused railway line that ran from Muswell Hill to Finsbury Park. Parkland Walk is a haven for wildlife and fauna.
